Cliff is an entrepreneurial leader who has applied his varied talents to a diversity of successful international businesses. In 1986, recognizing a desperate need for innovative and strategic visual presentation material, he founded The Quicksilver Group in Hong Kong a network of practitioners who share the same values and passion. By 1990, to meet the increase in cross-cultural Asian business communication, he developed the unique methodology of “thinking learning communicating™”, applying breakthrough research on the human mind to real-time
business issues.

As Quicksilver’s Chairman, Cliff travels the globe as a consultant/coach, collaborating with CEO’s and their leadership teams to develop and implement key strategies and coordinate cross-cultural projects. Cliff’s close involvement and expertise insure the continual development of more efficient ways of doing business; creating ‘communities of practice’ that are redefining the way organizations work together.

A black belt holder in Seibukan jujitsu, Cliff uses his knowledge of mind, body and spirit for powerful idea generation, strategic thinking and creative issue-resolution. He further pursues this interest in team performance when heli-skiing and ocean racing, with one of his many accomplishments being the ascent of the world’s highest volcano, Mt. Chimborazo, in South America.
